2-Year Limited Warranty

All portable air conditioners purchased from MIXOBAZ are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components
  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Product malfunctions occurring under normal use and according to the manufacturer's instructions

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, MIXOBAZ may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model; or
  • Issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Improper installation or operation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or external factors beyond our control
